I know how hard it is to feel stuck.
I chose treatment for alcohol use disorder at age 40, when my life had become a shadow of what it once was. I was trapped under alcohol and anxiety, though by most outward appearances that wasn't apparent.
Anxiety as I knew it disappeared when I became sober. Those early days were full of awkwardness and delight, re-acquainting with life and possibility. The anxiety reappeared once I began stretching out again, but by then I had a foothold, and healthy coping mechanisms. Sobriety from alcohol gave me agency over anxiety.
My life expanded exponentially. I came to understand recovery as a whole-human experience. Now, I do work every day that is infused with purpose and inspiration. I get to help folks create a thriving life, rather than surviving their circumstances.
Services offered through Wildcat Recovery Coaching include one-on-one life and recovery coaching support, particularly related to challenges around alcohol and anxiety, and career development support including one-on-one sessions, and professional materials preparation.

Professional Coaching Experience
I founded Wildcat Recovery Coaching at the start of my coaching career, in 2021. I bring my lived experience to coaching, which includes recovery from alcohol and anxiety, and navigating life with neurodivergence. This allows me to meet my clients where they are now, with compassion and empathy, free of judgement or expectations. I believe that recovery from any of life’s challenges is a whole-human experience, and I partner with my clients to create the circumstances they need to thrive, not just survive.
Corporate Consulting Experience
I've been working in consulting since 2005. Consulting is the provision of specialized services on a contract basis, with successful consultants being adept at winning new work and maintaining happy clients. This requires a polished understanding of business practices and relationships, proven presentation and interview skills, interpersonal and networking abilities, and highly effective communication. I now bring this expertise to my career support clients through Wildcat Recovery Coaching.
